Guud Jar terms1. Who runs it
The Guud Jar is run by Guudly UG. It works through Smile.io, which stores your balance. Questions: hello@guud.pet2. Who can join
Anyone aged 18 or over with a Guud customer account. Joining is free, and you can leave at any time by deleting your account.3. Earning cents4. Spending cents
- Orders: 5 cents for every whole euro you pay for products, after discounts and excluding shipping. Cents are added once your payment has gone through.
- Creating an account: 100 cents, once.
- Birthday: 200 cents once a year. Your birthday must be saved in your account at least 30 days before the date.
Following us on Instagram: 50 cents, once.
- Referring a friend: 500 cents once your friend's first order is paid. Your friend gets €5 off their first order of €25 or more. Friends must be new Guud customers.
5. Returns and cancellations
- 100 cents = €1 off.
- You can spend cents from 500 cents, in steps of 100, up to 2,000 cents per order.
- You get a discount code to use at checkout. One discount per order: cents can't be combined with another code or the launch offer.
- Cents have no cash value. They can't be paid out, sold or transferred to another account.
If an order is refunded, partly refunded or cancelled, the cents earned from it are removed from your balance.6. Do cents expire?
No, not while the programme runs. If you delete your account, your cents are deleted with it.7. Misuse
If cents are earned unfairly, for example through fake accounts or referring yourself, we can remove them and close the membership.8. Changes or ending the programme
We may change or end the Guud Jar. We'll tell members by email at least 30 days in advance. If the programme ends, you can still spend your cents until the end date.9. Your data
To run the Guud Jar, we and Smile.io process your name, email, orders, cents balance and, if you add it, your birthday. Details are in our privacy policy.Last updated: 25.10.2026
