How long: usually 2–4 working days, by DHL. Holidays can add a day or two.

Tracking: we'll email you a link once your order has left.

Damaged, lost or late? Email hello@guud.pet with your order number. If something's damaged, please let us know within 7 days, with a photo. If your order hasn't arrived 8 working days after dispatch, tell us and we'll chase it. Either way, we'll send a replacement or refund you. Your choice.
