Delivery & returns. The short version.
Delivery
- Germany: €4,99, or free from €39,99.
- Selected EU countries: €11,99. You'll see at checkout whether we deliver to you.
- Switzerland: €31,99, plus any Swiss import VAT and customs fees on delivery.
- How long: usually 2–4 working days in Germany after payment, 4–8 working days in selected EU countries, and 10–12 working days in Switzerland, by DHL. Holidays can add a day or two.
- Tracking: we email you a link once your order has left.
You always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
Damaged, lost or late?
Email hello@guud.pet with your order number. If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days, with a photo. If your order hasn't arrived 8 working days after dispatch, we'll chase it. You choose: a replacement, a refund, or a free extra in your next order.
Returns
- Changed your mind? Send back unopened packs within 30 days of delivery. We refund the full price minus the cost for return shipping. (see our refund policy).
- They won't eat it? The first pack of every Guud product comes with a money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back.
- Returning an unused Guud Box? Please include the bandanas.
- Opened packs can't be returned for hygiene reasons. That's what the guarantee is for.
This doesn't affect your legal right of withdrawal.
