Where are your ingredients from?
It's the question most owners ask first, and it should be. We choose every ingredient the way we would for our own pets, because Flower, Dotty, Monty and Venti get the same treats. All our meat, eggs and fish come from animals fit for human consumption, and some of our suppliers also deliver to restaurants and food makers.
Most ingredients come from China, near the facility that makes our treats. The goat's milk comes from Inner Mongolia, and the fish oil from Peruvian anchovies. We only buy from selected suppliers, and every ingredient can be traced back to where it came from.
Everything is freeze-dried in one EU-approved facility in China. It follows the same hygiene and safety rules as pet food made in Europe, is inspected by the authorities, and every shipment is checked again at the EU border.

Will my pet actually eat it?
They're made of meat, so most do. Flower, Dotty, Monty and Venti taste everything first. If they don't fight over it, it doesn't ship. But every pet is different, and sometimes one says no. It happens, even here. That's why the first pack of every Guud product comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Is it for cats or dogs?
Both. Every product is made for cats and dogs, so one pack does the whole house.
Can I buy the treats on their own?
Not right now. Whole Quail, Quail Egg Yolk, the Meal Topper and the lollipops are currently only in the Guud Box. They’ll be back on their own soon. Tap “Notify me” on the product page and we’ll email you once, when they’re back. Want to try them now? The Guud Box has all of them, arrives in 2–4 working days and ships free in Germany.
When will I get my order?
Usually 2–4 working days after payment in Germany and within 8–10 working days in other EU countries, all by DHL. Holidays can add a day or two.
How much does shipping cost?
Germany: €4,99, or free from €39,99.
Selected EU countries: €11,99. You'll see at checkout whether we deliver to you.
Switzerland: €31,99.

What if my pet doesn’t like it?
Then we'll make it right. The first pack of every product comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your pet won't eat it, or you're not happy for any reason, email hello@guud.pet within 30 days of delivery. We'll refund that pack.
If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo and we'll sort it.
