Meet The Pack

The only job titles at GUUD belong to the animals.
Two of them are currently disputed.

We're the founding team. We're small, we're related to each other in various ways, and we're outnumbered by animals.

Shannon with Flower and Dotty, cats, Co-Chief Taste Officers (in dispute)

Runs product and formulation. Read a bad label, asked the obvious question nobody else had, and now spends most of her time arguing with suppliers about why "natural-ish" isn't a thing.

Flower and Dotty share a home, a human, and no opinions whatsoever. Flower rejects nine samples in ten with a look that could end a career. Dotty's method is to want whatever Flower has, on principle. It's a slow way to run a taste panel, but when both of them go for the same thing, we know we've made something.

Liam with Venti, dog, Head of Enthusiasm

Runs operations. Shannon's cousin. Joined because she described the idea to him once and he couldn't stop thinking about it. Gets the treats from our kitchen to your doorstep without anything melting, breaking, or going missing.

Venti has never met a treat he didn't believe in. He votes yes to everything, which is why he's been gently excluded from the panel and reassigned to morale.

Erika with Monty, dachshund, Head of Standards

Runs brand and marketing. Shannon's good friend first, her colleague second, and just as hard to win over as Monty. Spent years watching brands get the story right and the shelf wrong, and came to GUUD determined not to repeat it. Decides how GUUD looks, sounds, and shows up everywhere you meet it while asking "would you actually buy this?" at the exact moment nobody wants to hear it.

Monty is long, low, and close to impossible to please, which is exactly what makes him useful. If a treat is the wrong size, the wrong texture, or in any way beneath him, the room will know.

Seven of us. Four of us can't read the label, which is exactly why the rest of us take it so seriously.
