Frequently Asked Questions
Will my pet actually eat it?
They're made of meat, so most do. Flower, Dotty, Monty and Venti taste everything first. If they don't fight over it, it doesn't ship. But every pet is different, and sometimes one says no. It happens, even here. That's why the first pack of every Guud product comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Is it for cats or dogs?
Both. Every product is made for cats and dogs, so one pack does the whole house.
Does it need to go in the fridge?
No. There's almost no water left, so it keeps for 24 months unopened. Store it sealed, somewhere cool and dry.
Is it raw?
Yes. It's never cooked, so handle it like raw meat: wash your hands after serving and keep it away from human food.
What's in it?
Only what's on the front of the pack. Our Originals are one ingredient each, and the lollipops have three. No starch, binders, dye or preservatives.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping within Germany on orders from €39.99. Below that, shipping is €4.99.
You'll always see the shipping cost before you pay.
